Dear Airbnb people, today's crazy idea would be to live in 3 different cities year-round, trying to keep the wife happy with 75°  the day's high temperature. Could you Buy an Airbnb in each town and live in it for a period of time per year, and could we make all three of them profitable or break even. Please tell me how wrong I am.

Your first mistake is in trying to make your wife happy by spoiling her. Nothing good will come of that, she won't respect you.

But if you must, just buy a place in San Diego and forget making money. Or buy a duplex and make a little money....
