STVR - Long Distance Emergency Contact

We are looking at long distance STVE on the East Coast. Most regulations require an emergency contact that is local. What are some ways to do this when self managing from a distance. Do you make your cleaner also your emergency contact and give them an equity share or how do you compensate?
