Anyone doing AIRBNB in Port Charlotte ? Feedback? Is it a good place to invest in and are property managers available?

Anywhere in Florida is pretty possible, depending on regulations which are loose in most areas, not all. If you don't have AirDNA or STR Insights, look on Airbnb and see how many rentals are there and what they look like. You can pull up their calendars and see how much they are booked.

Hey @John Mason, you should reach out to @Andrew Steffens. He is pretty knowledgeable about the general and and he is in Tampa. I bet he can help out. He also does property management.
