The Top 10 College Football Town for Short-Term Rentals

One of the coolest projects I have been able to work on at BiggerPockets has been combing through tons of AirDNA and Market Finder data while combining my love for college football.

Sadly, my LSU Tigers did not make the list (not a shock as far as STRs), but a few heavyweights and surprise names are still on it.

If any team wants to bring Bobby Boucher out of retirement, that may catapult them to number one on next year's list. Let me know your thoughts below and if your team made the cut!

We cover this and more in our weekly BiggerStays newsletter, which is for all things STR. If you are not subscribed already, turn on the notifications (under marketing emails) in your profile settings! We are also working on a direct signup link.

    Such a great article.
Sadly also for Austin even has 55% occupancy and revenue ~$477M but not in top 10.
