International STR TV streaming options

Does anyone have suggestions for how to provide streaming TV watching options for STR where free local digital channels are not available?
Something like a roku/firestick/smart TV without having to use my own account and risk renters buying movies etc.

If you do use a roku/firestick/smart TV, is there a quick way to log out when doing turnover without resetting everything (and losing WiFi connection) or having to manually look into each streaming platform (Netflix, Hulu, Disney,etc) and signing out?
Would love it to feel like a hotel with all the options for them to choose.
