Smart Home Device Recommendations

I just purchased my first Short Term rental and am looking into Smart Home Devices. (Keypad lock, thermostat, etc) 

I have ring at my own personal home, I know of another Host who uses Google Nest. 

I was curious on any insight on the best system that you all have found for your short term rentals? thank you!
