STR in Glen Ellyn, Illinois

Hi! I cannot seem to find the information I need for STR permits in Glen Ellyn... I have searched high and low on their city website. Left a VM with the Community Planner... so hopefully I'll hear back soon.

I was wondering if anyone has a STR in Glen Ellyn and if they could share the code with me. Does the STR have to be owner occupied?
