Seeking Advice for Starting a Short-Term Rental Investment in Pennsylvania

Hello! I'm a beginner investor and currently own an S Corp. I’m considering short-term rentals in the Pocono area of Pennsylvania as a tax-saving strategy, but I’m not sure where to start or how realistic this idea might be.

There’s still so much I don’t know about investing, and I’d love some guidance. If anyone has experience with the Pennsylvania market or could offer advice for a beginner getting into short-term rentals, I’d really appreciate it. Thank you in advance!
