Anaheim Short term rental

Hey everyone, does anyone have any STR in the Anaheim area? We are looking into the ordinances, and according to online sources, if you had a permit before 2016, you can operate a STR.

Are you looking there because it is closeby or because you like the area?  Most posts here about CA say CA it is largely un-investable and over-regulated.

Uni-nvestable by out of state investors with no knowledge of the local market. Much more profitable than midwest crapboxes by those who know the market.
