Hey everyone!

Curious to hear from other Airbnb hosts here — how many hours a week do you actually spend managing your STR?From guest messages, pricing updates, maintenance calls, turnovers, and reviews — it adds up fast!

When I first got into co-hosting, a few owners told me they thought they’d only spend 2–3 hours a week… then reality hit with last-minute calls, lockouts at midnight, and surprise plumbing issues. 

So, what’s your honest weekly time spent?
 What’s your biggest time suck right now?
 Have you ever considered hiring help, or do you like to stay super hands-on?
