Starting a Short Term Rental

I am interested in getting into the short term rental business. I currently fix and flip homes. My family vacations to Destin Florida every year so that is why I am interested in buying a property in the Destin area. I have 70-80k available to put towards a STR. Is that enough to get started and what is some advice for starting out.

    Advice would be to read through this forum and to read Avery's books available on the BP bookstore.
