Townhouse for short term rental

Posted

I have a townhouse that I plan on listing as a short term rental on airbnb. I am concerned about the noise level inside and outside on the patio.  Any advice how I can monitor and control?  Thanks a bunch!

I use Minut for monitoring noise levels; however, you need to disclose this in your Airbnb listing, as per their new policies. Minut will alert you of continuous noise levels and now has integrations to alert authorities or your private security.
