STRs in Big Bear, CA
Hello BP fam!
I'm looking to potentially invest in a STR in Big Bear, CA to offset our W-2 income, and am wondering if Big Bear or Arrowhead area is a good market for short term rentals?
Any advice or insights would be appreciated!

Hey @Orae Haus, I would do a search here and see what others say.
Big Bear hasn't come up in a while but there are folks who are doing STRs in that area.
It is definitely a place that can work if the deal is right and you are prepared for the snow removal.
