A reputable PMC should be using Property Management software to properly manage rentals.
Every PMC sofware we've looked at has built-in accounting with the ability to generate invoices. Many synch with Quickbooks, but that's not really needed.
- FYI: these PMC softwares also provider Owner & Tenant portals for communicating & sharing documents:)
Does the PMC you reference even have a website?
We just took over 3 properties for an owner that somehow hired a one-man band PMC with no website or PMC software and no state-required license!
Owner didn't get funds or statements for 4 months and unfortunately, probably NOT worth legally pursuing:(
