LLC and Short-term rentals

Hi! I'm new here. I stumbled upon this site while I was searching for ways to start a short-term rental business. I recently contacted and talked to a community about starting a short-term rental and they asked me about $20k - $25k capital and personal credit for starting. I also looked up some posts about not needing a huge capital to start and not using personal credit, it's about getting a business loan/credit card for new LLCs or startups. Any tips or suggestions? I'm open to anything and I'm sorry if this kind of topic is already posted. Thank you in advance!
