Collin's interesting Smokies deals

We are starting to see some pretty darn good deals in the Smokies.  This one seems really interesting.  With some new furnishings, stainless appliances, and a few more upgrades, this is a $65-70K a year cabin pretty easy.  The value is in the view.  I have one that's half this size with a similar view that does $50K pretty much every year.  With 20 percent down, 360K loan, this one should post a positive cash flow the first year.

1 Bedroom, yikes. I couldn't buy anything this small.

I'd want at least a 2 bedroom to accommodate a small family.
