Hey BP community 👋

Just added one of my Jacksonville properties (3BR, 1BA single-family) to my portfolio. I’ve been refining my setup, cleaning team, and pricing using Lodgify and PriceLabs.

Curious what others think about my numbers and setup — cash flow is around $1,500/month with consistent bookings. Would love feedback from others managing similar properties!

I do use Lodgify for my PMS platform just started a couples weeks.
