Corporate Rental Website Home Suite - Anyone Tried?

Hi folks,

I just purchased a condo near the Silicon Beach area in West Los Angeles and I am considering renting in out as corporate rental in a few months. I came a across a website called https://www.yourhomesuite.com. Basically the advertise furnished properties for short term leases (min 30 days) on different websites and their fee is a mark up of 5- 10%.

 I wonder if they are good at placing and screen tenants on a timely fashion. Has anyone tried them out?
