Four Seasons, Ritz as Short Term Rentals?

I am evaluating whether condo hotel in the Ritz or the Four Seasons are good investment as short-term rentals. Those units can be either placed in their rental program or rented by myself on Airbnb. Anyone has recommendation/experience on these investments? Any cities recommended? Thank you!
