Chattanooga Airbnb and VRBO

Hey BP I currently own one V/R in the Gatlinburg TN area and I'm curious about Chattanooga V/R's. Does anyone on here have a house they use for Airbnb or VRBO in Chattanooga? I'm Wondering how hard it is to find cleaning crews and what not. I know they have made it extremely hard to have Airbnb in the nashville area, so does Chattanooga seem to be friendly to the idea of Airbnb and VRBO? Any knowledge on this would be awesome!

Hi @Mike H.! My husband @Lucas Carl and I have 5 log cabins in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area that are STR's, and I helped @Bryce Stclair find a profitable place out there as well.  Bryce is brand new to the area with his cool tiny cabin.  We are pretty happy with grossing 2.5% but we shoot for and often hit 3%.  PM me if you need more detail.
