Hey Folks!

I am looking to purchase a STR in the MS Gulf Coast Area...specifically Biloxi or Gulfport. I am looking for a reputable realtor that understands the STR market. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Thanks in advance!

Karen

Skip the realtor’s.  Buy bank foreclosures.  The last 4 houses I bought were foreclosures and I paid 1/4 of the value set by the county appraiser.  You should be able to recoup your cost with 6 months of rent.  It may take 7-12 months to get 6 months of rent.

Fly down from VT to MS to find and buy a house and claim the trip as a business expense.  You'll need a certified letter of funds from your bank.  You should do your own home inspection, it's not that difficult.  It's about as difficult as buying a used car.
