Occupancy rate short term rental Mt Washington Valley NH

Hello,

I am looking for details on occupancy rates that other owners are achieving in their short term rentals in the Mt. Washington Valley area of NH (Bartlett, North Conway, Jackson).  

Per other forum discussions I have checked out similar properties on airbnb and homeaway and have perused airdna and mashvisor information.

Would love to hear what actual owners may be achieving in the area. 

I'm shopping for a 3 bed, 3 bath property and trying to get accurate numbers.
