Introduction: looking to Brrrr/Flip
Hello everybody.
My wife and I are new to investor real estate, but very eager to learn and get started. We have one rental property now and are currently working to save money before starting to implement the brrrr method/flips on properties in the Boise area this summer.
In the meantime, I am trying to learn as much as I can and meet people in the industry so I can further my knowledge and find people to work with for when we get things rolling.

Welcome, @Jordan Deeney! I think you're posting this in the wrong forum, though - this is the short-term and vacation rental forum, don't know how much you're going to learn about BRRRR and/or flipping here! However, if you want some killer cash flow by owning/self-managing short-term rentals, we're your people. :)
