Hello everyone. I’m looking to start short term, long term, and vacation rentals through Airbnb. My market is Columbus, Ohio. I’m looking for anyone who is currently doing this in my market. Anyone who’s been successful with this. Where should I start?

Pick one, not all three.  Either do short term, long term or vacation rentals.  If you try to be successful at all of them you'll be successful at none.  Each has it's own strategy.

I do short term.  My average stay is probably 3-5 weeks.  But having someone stay 6 months is not out of the ordinary.  I don't do long term, and nobody in their right mind will come to this town for a vacation.  See my location up there ^
