Questions about Airbnb. I have some homes that are furnished. Would the 3 below scenarios work with airbnb

1. Mom is in the nursing home, and is not coming back, the home is old and outdated, but everything works, but all the stuff is there.

2. Snow bird, people go to florida for the winter. Home is good, but full of stuff.

3 Vacation for owners, owners go on vacation a lot. 2 or 4 weeks at time.

@John Lewis we have probably rented to the same people.  You're the only other guy on this board that does these sort of rentals that I've seen.  There is another guy from Texas doing what we do that has a website called bluecollarhousing.com.  He contacted me and wanted to know if I would list a property of mine.  He's doing it for free, initially.  Haven't gotten any inquiries from it though.
