AIRBNB BP Calculator was so far off on what we actually get

I just filled out the Airbnb section here, on BP, to see how much the BP system would calculate our already existing Airbnb property (just for fun to see how accurate the system is).  According to BP calculations, our daily rental price should be set at $54.00 per night.  We not only receive $190.00 a night, we also charge $125.00 cleaning fee.  Last year we were booked solid.  I won't be using the BP feature in the future.  May have worked for others, but it was not even close for us.  Just thought I would bring that to anyone's attention that was using the system.

I haven't used BP's AirBNB calculator, I had no idea it would give a suggested nightly rate.  Now I'm curious how they're getting their data!  Regardless, I don't trust apps to give me an appropriate nightly rate, they always seem to be wildly high or wildly low.  Nothing like first-hand research to get the job done right!  Thanks for the heads up!
