Owner occupied Airbnb renting
Seeing if there is anyone with experience renting on airbnb with an owner-occupied short term rental permit. I've talked to some people in real estate who have said that renting out an entire house for say 7-10 days out of the month and living in it the other 70% of the month would not be met with conflict, unless you were dealing with extremely vigilant neighbors and/or exceptionally inconsiderate guests. Does anyone have any experience with sporadic listing on airbnb?
