Corporate Rentals in Smaller Markets

Hi investor community,

I have an opportunity to get around 20 apartments in a handful of smaller markets in Texas (Lubbock, College Station) and would like to list them as corporate rentals.  I have a few of them listed on Airbnb but am looking for ways to increase occupancy and revenue during the slower months.  Has anyone done something similar with their units and can you recommend listing sites for these smaller markets?  I've looked into CHBO and a few others but they seem to cater towards larger markets.

Thanks,
Tom

There's nothing wrong with renting to welders with neck tattoos.  They compromise about 40% of my renters.  The other 60% are pipefitters, boilermakers and electricians with neck tattoos.  You just have to watch out for the pack of psychotic mutt welders/fitters/bms/sparkys.
