Airbnb in Rochester, NY

I am entering the short term rental space and I would like to start with properties in Rochester, NY.  Anyone knows of any specific areas in Rochester an Airbnb would generate the most profits and revenue?  Also a recommendation of an investing agent would be great!

Thanks!!

I'm not familiar with New York, but the tourist destination areas really make a killing.  I know this satellite DJ that's killing it in the Smoky mountains with vacation rentals.

I'm killing it renting to refinery contractors.  Big burly guys that drive jacked up 4x4s, they have neck tats and chew tobacco in their sleep, they are loose with their money around loose women.  You'd avoid going down an aisle of Wal Mart if you saw one there.  I'd go up to him and punch him in the arm and say "What's up mofo?"
