Airbnb in Bayonne NJ

Posted

Good evening everyone,

I'm not sure if this is a highly discussed subject on bigger pockets. I know that it is illegal to use airbnb in many cities, but bayonne NJ is not, I leav in a two family house, I rent the first floor that includes a ground floor with independent entrance, but is not an apartment which I was using as Airbnb, I had an inspection and the lady gave us no option other than to cancel everything, her reaction was more personal, place have two exits, two bedroom, one full bath, and a kitchenette, we ask what can we use the space as and she say watch tv, didn’t give us any papers about it just her warning and her I will take you to court

All responds are appreciated.

Thank you

@Angelica Hernandez

Your post doesn’t make much sense. Airbnb doesn’t care if there are two exits.

Was this woman your landlord? Are you airbnbing her property without permission?

No idea what’s going on here please elaborate thanks
