Increase in occupancy for vacation cabins?

I'm a ltr investor and curious to know if there is any increase in occupancy rates for STR vacation cabins.

Now that international travel is almost zero and people are hesitant to take domestic flights. Do you foresee an opportunity for vacation cabins?.

Thanks

@Karthik V. I can't say I know anything about Broken Bow, but in my market of the TN Smokies I don't have higher occupancy... because my occupancy generally runs 90+% anyway.  It's certainly rebounded from the lockdown in April, but I can't say it's increased simply because there's not room for it to increase.  I have a few orphan days left in my calendars in May, otherwise I'm booked solid, and those orphan days are starting to fill up too - much like last year. :)
