Golf cart access for VR ?

I’m closing this week on my first VR it is in a great location but just off the water. Many restaurants and boat ramps ect near by. We considered including the option of a golf cart for ease of transportation around the lake... aside from the insurance liability we like the idea but we are very green in the market ... any advice for the noobs!

 One of my markets is golf cart nation. We don’t have one but many of our neighbors do. They’re also renting 2.5 million dollar homes while mine is 850k. 

My limited experience is that my neighbors are renting these carts long term and the rental company has liability in place. 
Guests can also rent carts on their own.
