Airbnb Investment in Michigan city, IN

Hi All,

I'm looking at a property in Michigan City, IN close to the public beach and was wondering what the short term rental market looks like there? I'd use the property as a 2nd home for a few weeks during the summer and would like to rent it out the rest of the time.

Does anyone have experience with the below in Michigan City and could provide some insight?

- Short Term Rental Market demand

- Property Management Firms

- Cleaning Companies/Maintenance (outside of PM firm)
