Looking to invest in the Sarasota, FL area
Hello out there!
We recently moved to Florida from Washington state and very interested in investing in a STR property in Sarasota/Sarasota County or Charlotte County. Would love to get any tips or guidance on best allowable and performing areas or up and coming areas, recommendations on top notch professionals that could assist us, or potentially meeting up (socially distanced and safe) as we will be traveling to that area next week.
