AirBnb/Vacation Rental Investment in Ontario Canada

Good Day All,

I have heard a lot about crazy cash flow on Cottage/Airbnb rentals in Ontario (specially near lake/water properties) during Summer season which has intrigued my interest in Short term rentals investing. I would like to get some thoughts or tips from experienced investor from Ontario, Canada. Mainly hoping to get some ideas on the following bullet points:

• 1. how to narrow down geographical locations/what things to keep in mind (ideally can use something like AirDNA)
• 2. How to analyze deals 
• 3. Is it a better investment idea than single family home?
