What is the best vacation market to invest into?
I live in a very expensive real estate market, but we also are in a big vacation destination location.. Many homes are restricted now for airBNB, but still qualify for short term rentals.. I see several vacation share homes that are in an affordable price range, with anywhere from 1:10 to 1:20 share time.. Some of these have reasonable HOAs. What would make these type of share homes worth purchasing?

@Luke Carl these are not all the typical time shares like what you would buy through Wyndam.. But thanks I’ll keep reading.
