Charges to tenants when renting out rooms
Hi everyone, I hope to rent each of the 2 bedrooms in a townhouse I'm rehabbing now to traveling nurses. Should I split the utilities between the 2 tenants in a bill separate from their room rents or just charge enough rent to cover that?

I'm a travel nurse and everywhere I've rented just includes utilities in the price. Travel nurses prefer a flat rental fee with no surprises or extras.
