Rental Data - Demo/free options?

Chris O.
Posted

I'm trying to get a sense what the occupancy and avg nightly rate was for 2017-2019 in an area. Are there any data aggregators (e.g. AirDNA) that will give annual snapshots going back that far? Also, are there any where I can just get those two high level #'s for one place/property on a free or demo account that anyone knows of? Hate to drop $50 for 2 quick #'s, but I may have to. AirDNA is even more expensive as the cost goes up if you want the info on the adjacent town etc.

Why don't you get current data looking forward instead of looking back? You can get that from competition on Vrbo and Airbnb.
