I’ve been using AirDNA to track Annual Revenue across several market. Most of the revenue has dropped by half in most of the markets in looking at.

I own homes in some of those markets and have seen little or no change in my own revenue.

Does anyone have insight into why AirDNAs projects have changed so much?

I think they are trying to be incredibly conservative because of the pandemic, better to project low and people are pleasantly surprised than the projecting too high. Air Bnb has continued to perform well in my market and often suggest it to investors.
