I have a rental property, not a VRBO, that is available now. I have a trusted friend that would like to move in for 3 months while looking for a new place to buy and will be paying me all rent upfront. I also have another person that will be moving in and signing a 1 year lease in August. Would I do a short term lease agreement or the regular lease that I use for the person only staying for the short term? I have a lease that I use for the longer term lease.
Over 28 days is a tenant and they need to sign a lease
I would just modify the lease agreement to state the move in and move out dates
What do you want to do? Be like the red cross or salvation army? Or do you want to rent out STRs? These are mutually exclusive actions.
