Percentage of gross earnings for taxes/fees for STR in Gatlinburg

I would love to hear your thoughts on what percentage of my gross income would be for typical services and fees usually handled by property management companies in the Sevierville areas. I’ll be handling everything myself so instead of 30% for a PM, what percentage fees should I expect if I manage it myself?

Thanks

You don't need any software.  I run 23 STRs with a sheet of posterboard from WalMart.  You don't need pricing software either.  I use the Enema method. Search my old posts for the Enema method.
