Short Term rental management services and areas suggestions

Hello All,

I've been an investor for years and mostly do flips and new construction. I have 4 long term rentals locally. I'm looking to buy some short term rental properties. I want to pick good area that turn good profit and I can hire a reliable reputable management company to manage since I will not be local. Here in NJ our shore towns are seasonal and I'd like to find something possibly in the south or in mountains that have potentially a lake for summer and skiing for winter demand. I'm open to ideas. I'm just starting my Due diligence.
