What do you do with clothing you find left in your STR?

Had 3 scaffold builders renting a place from me that moved out.  I found an unused FR safety overall.  It still had the creases from when it came out of the package.  Retail is about $120.  Had 14 sandblasters/painters move into a few places last week.  I took the FR clothing to the house with the only interpreter for the 14 people.  They are all from Cuba.  Offered them to anyone that wanted them.  One guy in the kitchen was wearing some pretty ragged FR clothing and wanted it in about half a second..  I gave it to him and he tried to offer me money. I declined.  He was very happy.
