Multi unit STR in Florida

Hi. I am looking to invest in a multi unit STR in Florida. I am familiar with Pinellas County but not other (legal) STR markets. I would love to connect with agents who specialize in STRs to help me with narrowing down the potential markets and to connect me with property management companies since I am out of state. Thanks for any advise/suggestions!
