Hi,

We are finalizing our refinance on our primary with penfed and are planning to parallel path a Heloc with them bc of their 90% LTV offerings. Does anyone have experience with their appraisals and company they use ? Would love to connect with you if so and discuss if it was over or under what you were expecting.
