Poconos STR - self manage or property manager
We just bought a property in Lake Harmony and were wondering what would be the best way to manage the property for STR. We are a 2 hour drive away from Lake Harmony.
1) Is it worth hiring a property manager? If so, any recommendations?
2) If we decide to self manage, what are the things we need to do / what team of people we need to hire?
