What is the best way to connect Out of State Buyers with Deals?

Hey ALL

I am an investor in the Alabama market that comes across deeply discounted deals to wholesale quite often. Here lately I have noticed that my deals go to local buyers and I would like to build a network to include more Out of State Investors without having to go through people. I believe this will save me time and hopefully save other investors money without having to pay extraordinary fees to middle people. Does anyone have any advise on how to serve more people out of state? Thanks in advance for your time and attention.

@Brittany Thompson

You’re in the right place to do that!

I’ve had a lot of success with posting deals on the BP marketplace. You should definitely try it. Include a link to sign up for your buyers list.

You have to be a pro member, but It’s well worth it.

I’ve met buyers, sellers, and private lenders this way. I would estimate over half my deals this year have been involving BP investors!
