Hi I'm looking for some guidance in the Sun City West area. I hear there is a lot of opportunity in this part of Maricopa county. Would love to learn more about the ins and outs of that area. Any help would be much appreciated. 

Is it a buy & hold area?

Is there a maret for fixing and flipping?

Or is positioned primarily for wholesaling?
