Hello Everyone,

I'm a first time investor looking to invest in a multi-family properties in Arizona. I currently live in California and am looking at opportunities to move to Arizona. My plan is to house-hack with an FHA Loan. I would live in one unit and rent out the other units. What markets in Arizona (Phoenix/Scottsdale/Tucson/Etc) would your recommend are best for multi family homes (2-4 units) in the $300-500K range? Thank you in advance for your advice.

@Bryan L. Ramirez

Most multi-family properties are going for about 200k a unit these days, so with your proposed budget, you can still find something in a decent part of town. I'd suggest looking at Mesa and Phoenix for your price point as that is where you're going to find the majority of these kinds of properties anyways.
