Looking for exterior house painting referrals in Phoenix Arizona

Hi, 

I recently bought my first property a triplex in the Phoenix area. The inside inside is all rehabbed and rented. I am wanting to freshen up the outside and need painters for the exterior of the house. I've gotten a couple of referrals but they are very slow to respond.

Any help would greatly be appreciated!
